Our Salon On Wheels
Our mission is to provide an enjoyable, stress free grooming experience for your pet. Long waits, anxious car rides, and leaving your pet at the grooming salon for hours can cause unnecessary stress to your pet. Our mobile service proves to be the ultimate luxury pampering experience for your pet.
We use only the best. All of the products we work with are natural, vet approved, and specifically formulated for maintaining a healthy ph balance for dog and cat skin and coats. If requested, we can provide hypoallergenic, scent free shampoo for extra sensitive dogs and cats or their humans with a sensitive nose.

Scheduling
Grooming appointments are scheduled with a two hour estimated arrival window Monday-Friday. There are many factors that can delay us such as weather, unexpected road work or traffic delays, mechanical repair, and the actual length of the previous appointment. To help us keep on schedule, please have your pet ready to get started when we arrive. If you are a new client and this is your first time scheduling an appointment, we must request that you are home at least for the first appointment. We look forward to meeting you and your pet. Many of our clients with busy schedules take advantage of our latchkey service. Some exceptions apply and unfortunately pets with certain health or behavioral challenges may not be eligible. Please ask for details.
We will call or text when finished with our prior appointment which is usually about ten minutes before arriving. For pet safety as well as the safety of the stylist, we do not answer the phone while working with a pet. Please do not call to find out what time we will be there as this can further delay us and we probably don’t know exactly when we will be there yet. We will reach out to you as soon as we know about what time we will arrive.
Vaccinations
We always recommend that you follow the guidance of your veterinarian when it comes to your pet’s vaccine schedule. Our grooming area surfaces are disinfected in between each pet but vaccines always give your pet extra protection from air born viruses such as kennel cough. We do not accept pets showing symptoms of illness or lameness. In order to work with your pet, we do require that ALL pets are current, and remain current on a rabies vaccination. This includes indoor-only pets. The rabies vaccine must be on file with a veterinarian or vet clinic. We cannot accept documentation from the client. We reserve the right to contact your vet at any time to confirm the rabies vaccination number and expiration date prior to your scheduled grooming date. If the rabies vaccine has lapsed, we will not be able to schedule an appointment with your pet for grooming until a full 14 days has passed after the rabies vaccine is administered. Please call or email us if you have any additional questions regarding your pet’s vaccinations or our policy.
Matted Pets
Matting of a pet’s coat can become a serious problem. Matting is a very thick knot or clump of tightly knotted hair that can thicken up close to the skin. Matting will not just grow out or go away. Unfortunately matting continually tightens to the skin and can cause a myriad of health problems from skin infection and parasites and in the extreme cases, skin necrosis. Matting can be caused by a number of reasons including:
- swimming and not being dried or groomed properly afterward at home
- excessive scratching or chewing often times caused by an underlying health issue
- not keeping to a consistent professional grooming schedule
- unable to maintain a longer fluffy coat at home that is not practical for the pet parent
- not using the proper grooming tools in between professional grooming appointments
Every pet in our care is treated with the utmost respect. We will always choose humanity over vanity and we will refuse to put your pet through the painful hours long process of ”de-matting”. Sometimes the most humane thing to do for your pet is to just start over. We look forward to resolving any grooming issues including matted or pelted coat removal. We are always happy to recommend products and tools that are best suited for your pet’s particular coat type to keep your pet healthy. We look forward to guiding our clients in choosing the best professional grooming schedule for the look you desire for your beloved furry family member. We reserve the right to request a matted pet release to be signed before working on a matted pet. We reserve the right to decline grooming service if we believe the severity of matting is so extreme that your pet is a better candidate for a medical shave and treatment from a veterinarian.
